Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BKB Voice website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Services

BKB Voice provides AI voice workflow, integration, and compliance solutions across the Creator, Business Workflow, and Enterprise Integration tiers. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in the applicable order form, statement of work, or tier description.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BKB Voice services to (a) violate any applicable law, (b) infringe on third-party rights, (c) impersonate any person or entity without documented authorization, (d) generate deceptive or harmful content, or (e) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or probe the platform or its underlying voice models.

4. Voice Licensing

Any audio output produced through BKB Voice is licensed subject to the BKB Voice License Terms. The License Terms are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

5. Fees & Payment

Fees are specified per tier or custom order. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. Recurring fees renew automatically for successive terms unless cancelled in accordance with your order.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other party’s confidential information using reasonable care, will use it only to perform under these terms, and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law.

7. Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BKB Voice does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Voice Output will meet specific performance or accuracy requirements beyond those stated in a signed order.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. BKB Voice’s total aggregate liability under these terms shall not exceed the fees paid to BKB Voice in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within thirty (30) days of written notice. Upon termination, your right to access the services ends, subject to surviving provisions related to licensing, confidentiality, and liability.

10. Changes to the Terms

BKB Voice may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the website or direct communication. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
