BKB Voice engages a small set of subprocessors to operate the platform. Each vendor has signed a Data Processing Agreement, operates under documented contractual safeguards, and is subject to an annual vendor review.

Change notice
Enterprise customers are notified of material subprocessor additions at least thirty (30) days in advance, unless the change is required for security or legal reasons. Customers may object to a new subprocessor by writing to[email protected]within that window.
