BKB Voice License Terms

1. Grant of License

Subject to payment of applicable fees and continued compliance with these terms, BKB Voice grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use audio outputs (the “Voice Output”) generated through BKB Voice services solely in accordance with the usage scope specified in your active engagement (e.g., statement of work, order form, or tier description).

2. Licensed Voice Models

All voice models used by BKB Voice are properly licensed for the purposes for which they are applied. No Voice Output may be used for purposes that violate the licensing agreements under which the underlying voice models are made available. You may not attempt to clone, reverse-engineer, fine-tune, or derive a voice model from Voice Output produced by BKB Voice.

3. Permitted Use

• Internal training, onboarding, and e-learning narration.
• Compliance, policy, and operations communications.
• Customer-facing content, marketing, and support narration (per active tier).
• Integration into approved business applications, LMSs, CRMs, and content pipelines.

4. Prohibited Use

• Impersonation of any real person, public figure, or third party without documented, verifiable consent.
• Generation of defamatory, deceptive, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
• Use in high-risk automated decision-making contexts (e.g., medical diagnosis, legal determinations) without explicit written authorization.
• Use in violation of applicable consumer protection, advertising, broadcasting, or disclosure regulations.
• Redistribution, resale, or sublicense of Voice Output outside the scope of your engagement.

5. Compliance & Audit Cooperation

BKB Voice maintains audit-friendly logs of script ingestion, voice rendering, and delivery events. Clients using the Business Workflow or Enterprise Integration tiers agree to retain internal approval records for compliance-sensitive scripts and to cooperate with reasonable audit requests related to usage and distribution of Voice Output.

6. Attribution & Disclosure

Where required by applicable law or platform policy, you shall disclose that audio content was produced using AI voice synthesis. BKB Voice does not require public attribution to BKB Voice as the service provider, but disclosures relating to the synthetic nature of the audio remain your responsibility.

7. Ownership

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the source scripts and content you provide to BKB Voice. BKB Voice and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the underlying voice models, platform, and workflow technology. Voice Output is licensed, not sold, under these terms.

8. Term & Termination

The license to use Voice Output remains in effect for the duration of your active engagement and any applicable post-termination wind-down period defined in your order. BKB Voice may suspend or terminate the license for material breach, illegal use, or risk to third parties, with notice where practicable.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Voice Output is provided on an “as is” basis. BKB Voice disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. BKB Voice’s aggregate liability arising under or in connection with this license shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
